Telephone orders

characteristics of the item you are ordering. Also, have credit card

All shipping/insurance is paid by the customer. Shipping is calculated
based on weight and the mode of shipping: UPS, United States Postal Service,
or regular ground freight (we do receive a discount with some trucking
companies and that is passed on to you). For international shipping we use
Emery Air Economy. or Post. You may state your preference, or we will choose
the cheaper route of shipping.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you
may return it - in its entirety - for full refund or replacement except for
the shipping charges. We are out the labor and you are out the shipping.
Partial order returns are accepted only with prior approval. When sending
returns, you are responsible for shipping charges and insurance. Please pack
